Cancellation policy for direct bookings:

Cancellation Deadline: Reservations made directly with CTY Books must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date and time.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team by email us at welcome@ctygroup.nl Kindly provide your reservation details, including the confirmation number, to facilitate the cancellation process.

Late Cancellation or No-show: If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to your night's stay will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Modification Policy: Changes to the reservation dates or any other modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Early Departure: Guests who choose to check out before the scheduled departure date may be charged for the full reservation unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel.

Non-Refundable Bookings: For reservations marked as non-refundable, please be advised that these bookings are not eligible for any refund or credit, regardless of the cancellation timeframe. The full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking, and no money back will be provided in the event of cancellation or no-show.

 

Cancellation policy when used an online travel agency:

For reservations made through online travel agencies, we kindly request that you manage your reservation directly on the online travel agency platforms. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided by the online travel agencies, as their terms and conditions may differ from our direct booking policies.
